1990-1991, Arles, France.

Fahrenheit 451 and Azor Qolor are among the very first bands to set up in TILT* rehearsal studios. Their rooms being neighbors, Brigitte and Chris meet during 80 and 81 and show curiosity for each other’s music, although in totally different syles. Azor Qolor, Brigitte's band, applies itself to a minimalist experimental music with sinuous and jerky sounds, whereas Fahrenheit 451 produces a solid and brutal punk-rock whose bass player is the only one able to hold the frenetic tempos (without making his fingers bleed).

Also singer, guitarist, lyricist and co-composer of the band Martin Dupont (1980-1988), Brigitte meets Chris, bassist, machinist and composer of Fahrenheit 451/Esthetic Suicide (1978-1988) by chance again in '89 and they decide to embark aboard a new musical experience without taking themselves seriously. The result is eight recorded tracks of which only one cassette tape remains which was digitized in 2020, and the band is called UNZEN a posteriori.

*TILT : place of creation and rehearsal in Marseille in the 80's
In the 1980s, at 89 avenue Clôt Bey (Marseille 8e near the Jean Bouin stadium), there was a group of modest and heterogeneous buildings consisting of old horse boxes and a small dilapidated building. The whole transformed by its owner into rehearsal rooms housed more than a dozen experimental, rock, punk and post-punk bands throughout the 80s.
Among them: Profil, Fahrenheit 451, Fruits & Primeurs, Nadja, Azor Qolor, etc. In 2019, these premises were entirely demolished to make way for a real estate program. No trace or memory of the history of TILT remains, unless a memorial plaque is ever affixed to the corner of a wall.
